AMAZING LOCATION! On beautiful grounds. Front desk clerks very helpful. Lots of places to see all in walking distance. Shopping mall nearby too. 100% would stay here again.

Great location. Very luxurious and beautiful park outside. Rooms are spacious and they made it special for us with an anniversary cake and a gift for our daughter. Even a personal note to go with it.

Breakfast a little disappointing with no hot eggs except special order. Loved coffee machine! No place for me to plug in a curling iron with a mirror to do my hair!

While there were some positives, overall, it was a disappointing experience.On the plus side, the location is convenient, and the reception staff gave me a warm welcome.

However, the hotel itself is outdated and in serious need of renovation. The room interiors were visibly worn, and worst of all, there was a strong sewage smell that persisted throughout my stay. The room was also stuffy, poorly ventilated, and dark.What surprised me most was the service. At breakfast, I was rudely approached by a staff member claiming I hadn’t paid, despite the fact that I had. The situation was eventually resolved, but in a 5-star hotel, this kind of mistake shouldn't happen. On the day of my departure, they removed all the couches in the lobby, leaving nowhere to sit and wait for my taxi, which was just inconvenient.

The rooms are not cleaned properly, dust in many places even after cleaning, staff is not friendly.

SPA

The jacuzzi and steam room are very old. The sauna is in better condition but still needs some maintenance. Additionally, the hotel's swimming pool requires renovation.

1. Pricing was not transparent 2. Mini bar was not in the King size room, the fridge was empty, they only referred to the bar in lobby3. Coffee was an instant Jacob’s bag 4. Breakfast was rather poor

The service improved a lot since i last stayed at the hotel two year ago. Also, the hotel managed to improve its breakfast arrangements, now one can really have breakfast until 11 (before they were cleaning the area at 1030), coffee machines provide a faster service than humans did before.

It appears that the blanket in my room was too solid thus it was too warm underneath it.

The maid took my water bottles that were in the toilet which I used for washing and kept them as drinking water. She very well saw that the bottles were opened although I refilled the bottles and put the lids on. Room #506. Happened on Friday 03.05.24.

The staff are very friendly and polite.They all had a friendly smile and some of them remembered how to pronounce my last name LOL

Whilst I was residing there, the presence of a large number of Indian occupants had an adverse effect on my breakfast experience, rendering it quite unpleasant. The incessant clamor, emitted by them, caught my attention and forced me to wake up on multiple occasions, leading to disturbance within my living quarters. It may be beneficial for some of your junior staff, particularly those of feminine gender, to enhance their confidence training in dealing with patrons, although, they were amiable in their approach. There were instances where I requested a fried egg. However, the concerned individual was at a loss as to whom to approach, thereby leaving me standing without any form of service. Nonetheless, this drawback does not imply any negative undertones and may merely signify the need for behaviour coaching in certain areas.In my view, the coffee and tea cups pose a significant hazard due to their round handles. When gripping these cups, the curvature of the handle leads to a natural slipping motion, bringing your fingers into direct contact with the hot surface. This, in turn, causes a jolt of sudden reaction, invariably leading to the spillage of the hot liquid, either to the ground, your hand, or both

The staff is professional. The facilities and pool are nice. Up to a standard of a high class hotel.

hotel asked me for an extra fee than the booking (around 160 for 6 night).First, it was for governmental tax.Second, it had related to the low rate of booking than the hotel rate.Finally, I got rid of the extra fee, but after 3 days of discussion.

They helped us so much in every thing we asked for. They were so kind and supportive. They definitely made our stay special. Thank you so much.

It took more than one hour for our food that we ordered to come out at the main restaurant. It was quite stressful because we had to catch our flight on that day.
